Questions before you buy
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our US warehouse in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 5–8. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What if it's not right?
You have 60 days to return it unused, and we send the prepaid label. Wrong size? We swap it once for free, shipping both ways on us.
Are bulbs included?
It depends on the lamp. Each product page says whether a bulb is included and which base it takes (most take a standard E26).
Will it work with my outlets, dimmer or smart bulb?
Every plug-in lamp is made for standard US 110–120V outlets. Lamps with E26 or E12 sockets work with most dimmable or smart LED bulbs of the same base.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a refund, usually without you sending the lamp back.
